The state of Ohio presented Robert James Leon with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Capitol University School of Law.

FYI: Capitol University School of Law is ranked as the 161^st best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

Disciplinary Counsel found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to deposit retained into client trust account
• Failed to perform contracted legal work
• Engaged in sexual relationship with client during representation
• Failed to respond to repeated client requests as to status of matter
• Lied to client he had filed bankruptcy petition on her behalf
• Failed to refund retainer or filing fee after husband discovered that Bobby was screwing his wife
• Failure to file promised bankruptcy petition led to creditors filing collection actions in repossessing a car and foreclosing on the clients’ home

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
