Attorney John McNally III of Youngstown, OH; serial convict

The state of Ohio presented John A. McNally III with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Cleveland State University School of Law.

FYI: Cleveland State University Law School is ranked as the 125th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

Disciplinary Counsel found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  • Convicted of unlawful use of a telecommunications devise
  • Convicted of one count of attempted disclosure of confidential information that Johnny acquired in the court of his public duties as a member of the Mahoning County Board of Commissioners
  • Convicted of two counts of making false statements in an official proceeding

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2019), Johnny practices with John A. McNally III Co. LPA at 100 Federal street East in Youngstown, Ohio.
