Attorney Clyde Bennett of Cincinnati; moronic loser

The state of Ohio presented Clyde Bennett with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law.

FYI: The University of Dayton Law School is ranked as the 165th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The Columbus Bar Association found Clyde guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide competent representation [moron]
  • Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Clyde by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2019), Clyde practices at 119 East Court Street in Cincinnati, Ohio.
