Attorney Sean Mount of New Orleans; drunken loser

The state of Louisiana presented Sean P. Mount with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Louisiana State University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Sean guilty of the following misconduct.

• Arrested from driving under the influence (DUI)
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Sean by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license. 

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Davey.
