Attorney Jennifer Barrett of Roseburg, OR; ethical goblin, repeater 

The state of Oregon presented Jennifer Barrett with a law license in 2004 after she graduated from Willamette University School of Law.

The Oregon State Bar found Jenny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators re: two client complaints (Screw you, said Jenny!)
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Jenny’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She previously received a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Sandra by gifting her with a complimentary 5 -month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2019), Sandra practices with the Naranjo Law Firm LLC at 8625 SW Cascade Avenue in Beaverton, Oregon.
