Attorney Andrew Seher of Portland, OR; ethical troll

The state of Oregon presented Andrew M. Seher with a law license in 2012 after he graduated from Willamette University School of Law.

The Oregon State Bar found Andy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to comply with court orders re: discovery matters
• Failed to attend compulsory court hearing
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Refused to acknowledge wrongful nature of conduct
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Andy!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary 5-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2019), Bobby practices at 4915 SW Griffith Drive in Beaverton, Oregon.
