The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Mikey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Lied about his participation in supplemental post-judgment discovery proceedings

Concealed and lied about the pendency of a motion for contempt seeking attorney’s fees

Intercepted and removed from the flow of information documents evidencing service of the complaint in the Malpractice Action

Made misrepresentations (lied) on several occasions to his clients

Misconduct caused harm to be visited upon his clients [victims]
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. June 2019) Mikey practices with the Law Offices of Samuel L. Peluso in Hamilton, New Jersey.
