Attorney Stacy Fronapfel of Denville, NJ; ethical goblin

The State of New Jersey presented Stacy B. Fronapfel with a law license in 2002 after she graduated from Rutgers University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Stacy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal practice of law due to failure to pay annual dues
• Made false statement about her services
• Used a firm name, letterhead or other professional designation in violation of rules of conduct
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Stacy by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
