Attorney Mahesh Rajan of Iselin, NJ; ethical gremlin

The State of New Jersey presented Mahesh Rajan with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Mahesh guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Entered into a loan transaction with a client
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to advise client to seek independent advice re: loan transaction

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Mahesh by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2019) Mahesh practices with Rajan and Rajan LLP in Iselin, New Jersey.
