Attorney David Clyde of Fresno; idiotic cheater

The state of California provided David Neil Clyde with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of Toledo School of Law.

The California State Bar Court found Davie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license was inactive
• Illegally collected a fee from a client [victim]
• Failed to submit any petitions to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services on the client’s behalf
• Refused to refund any portion of unearned fee [cheater]
• Failed to perform with competence [idiot]
• Ordered to make restitution of $6,035 to a client
• Engaged in multiple acts of misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Davie by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.
