Attorney Jay Goodman of Santa Fe, NM; cheating loser

The State of New Mexico presented Jay P. Goodman with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Capitol University School of Law in Columbus, Ohio.

Capitol is ranked as the 157th best law school out of 204 in the U.S. of A. Put simply, it takes in losers that couldn’t get accepted at mainstream schools like Ohio State University, the University of New Mexico or the University of Oregon.

The New Mexico Disciplinary Board found Jay guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Charged an excessive fee [cheater]
  • Ordered to reimburse client [victim] for overcharging fee

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Mexico Supreme Court punished Jay by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2019) Jay practices with Jay Goodman & Associates Law PC at 2019 Galisteo Street in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
