Today’s “Nutcase” Award Winner is Sen. Rick Santorum

Congratulations to….

Sen. Rick Santorum
Today’s “Nutcase” Award Winner

In an effort to endear himself to NASCAR fans, and to compete with Mitt Romney’s presence at the Daytona 500 race on Feb 27, Ricky’s campaign decided to sponsor car No. 26, a Ford driven by Tony Raines.

Ricky said he had spoken with Mr. Raines about a race-day strategy that seemed to mirror his own. “I’m hoping that for the first, you know, maybe 300, 400 miles, he’s sitting way, way back, letting all the folks crash and burn, and then sneak up at the end and win this thing.”

Now ya gotta be a real certified nutcase and sadist to hope that 500 contestants like Carl Edwards and/or Danica Patrick actually crash and then burn in order to promote your wacky religious beliefs.

Of course this is the same nutcase that took a dead 20 week old baby home, let the kids play with it and slept in bed with it. If this ain’t screwy behavior I don’t know what is! Obviously, grieving for a dead child is warranted; however, this type of conduct is beyond the pale and should be an automatic disqualifier for anyone becoming President.

Congrats Ricky; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of America’s accomplished Nutcases; you are far too humble.
