Judge Rita A. Arnold of Downingtown, PA; liar, nepotist 
The Judicial Conduct Board recently (Feb 2012) filed misconduct charges against Judge Arnold, some of which are as follows:
 Seemingly, Rita considers nepotism to be an Olympian Sport. The Judicial Board said that Forest Solomon lived with Rita and was being supervised by the Chester County adult probation office in January 2010 when he failed a drug screen. 13 days later Solomon was cit ed by a state trooper with harassment for an altercation inside Rita’s home with his half brother.
Ya gotta wonder how in the hell a certified loser like Rita Arnold was able to dupe the voters in Chester County into electing her to the bench. Hopefully, the Judicial Conduct Board will issue an order removing this loser from the bench.
As we speak (ca. Feb 2012) Rita the Liar continues to sit on the Chester County District Court in Downingtown, which is about 70 miles east of Harrisburg.
