• Submitted false public voucher
• Engaged in improper courtroom demeanor
• Engaged in willful misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Mexico Supreme Court punished Stevie

by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2019), Javier continues to sit as a Columbus Municipal Court judge in Columbus, New Mexico.
