Judge Rudy Madrid of Kingsville, TX; ethical goblin

The Texas Commission on Judicial Conduct found Judge Madrid guilty of the following misconduct.

• Continuously ad blatantly violated Code of Conduct by endorsing Chuck Shultz, candidate for Kleberg County Commissioner
• Improperly allowed his name to be used to endorse a candidate
• Improperly endorsed a candidate’s fundraising activities

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Rudy by gifting him with a complimentary public warning.

As we speak (ca. May 2019), Rudy continues to sit as a Kleberg County Judge in Kingsville, Texas.
