Judge Scott Gallina of Asotin, WA; charged with rape and sexual assault

The state of Washington provided Brian Matthew Morris with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Idaho School of Law.

Gov. Jay Inslee was duped into appointing Scottie as an Asotin County Superior Court judge in 2014. Scottie didn’t get the appointment because he was the most qualified lawyer in the great Asotin area. He received it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

• Arrested and charged with fourth-degree sexual assault with sexual motivation and indecent liberties
• Arrested and charged with second-degree rape involving alleged sexual assault on courthouse employee
• Eleven women told state police that Scottie subjected them to varying degrees of sexual misconduct that included unwanted touching and inappropriate comments
• The eleven women adopted buddy system so that no one would be alone when entering Scottie’s chambers
• In one incident, Scottie placed a woman in a choke hold after he approached her from behind while she was in a chair in his chambers and penetrated her with his fingers through her underwear
• Allegedly removed his pants causing the woman to run from his chambers
• Groped a woman employee under her clothing
• Ripped a woman’s blouse when she refused to lift it up

All that remains now is to see how long it takes for Scottie to cop a plea in order to reduce the amount of time he’ll have to spend at the Walla Walla State Penitentiary.
