The state of Michigan presented Daniel R. Victor with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Michigan State University School of Law.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #60 found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended for failure to pay annual bar dues 

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed $775.56 in costs.
