Attorney Clayne Zollinger of Burley, ID; slacker, loser

The state of Idaho presented Clayne S. Zollinger with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law.

The Idaho Bar Counsel found Clayne guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to abide by client objectives
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to respond to trial court’s notice of intent to dismiss client matter
• Failed to file amended post-conviction relief petition after being appointed to the matter
• Failed to respond to client information requests
• Failed to file notice of appeal after client’s case dismissed

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Idaho Supreme Court punished Clayne by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license effective June 29, 2018.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Clayne practices with the Zollinger Law Office at 2271 Overland Avenue in Burley, Idaho.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Clayne makes no mention of his misconduct on his self-serving Real-Estate website at www.claynezollinger.com. Apparently, Clayne has decided to conceal this highly relevant information from any prospective clients to not limit his future victim pool.
