Attorney Steven Kaiser of Johnston, IA; ethical goblin

The state of Iowa presented Steven Craig Kaiser with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Drake University of Iowa School of Law. 

The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Entered into business transactions with client without making required disclosures to the client
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
• Engaged in conflict of interest
• Represented client when at time it impacted on representation of prior client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Stevie practices at 46 Kennedy Parkway in Iowa City, Iowa.
