Attorney Robert Conrad of Knoxville, IA; ethical gnome

The state of Iowa presented Robert Warren Conrad with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Creighton University of Iowa School of Law.

The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to file required appendix in appellate matter on client’s behalf
  • Due to failure to file appendix, client’s appeal was dismissed
  • Sanctioned $50.00 for failure to comply with appellate filing rules
  • Neglected client legal matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Bobby practices with the Conrad Law Office in Knoxville, Iowa.
