Attorney Xavier Duran of Dallas, TX; thieving loser

The state of Texas presented Xavier Duran with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Southern Methodist University (SMU) School of Law.

The District 6 Grievance Committee found Xavier guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
  • Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
  • Failed to comply with client information requests
  • Failed to complete any legal work on client’s case
  • Failed to refund any unearned fees [crook]
  • Ordered to pay $5,000.00 in restitution to client [victim]

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Xavier by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Xavier practices with The Law Office of Xavier Duran PC at 351 South Riverfront Blvd in Dallas, Texas.
