Attorney Fong Lee of St. Paul, MN; ethical goblin

The state of Minnesota presented Fong Eric Lee with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from Hamline University School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Fong guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improper utilization of trust account
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to maintain required trust account books and records
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Fong!)   

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Fong by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed costs of $900.00. 

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Fong practices at 1885 University Avenue West in St. Paul, Minnesota.
