Attorney James Bullis of Fargo, ND; ethical goblin

The state of Minnesota and North Dakota presented James Robert Bullis with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law.

The Attorney Disciplinary Board of North Dakota found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in several conflicts of interest
  • Conflicts of interest involved a series of business transactions

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the North Dakota Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Jimmy practices with Montgomery Goff and Bullis at 4650 38th Avenue South in Fargo, North Dakota.

As one would suspect, Jimmy’s law firm fails to mention said misconduct on its self-serving website  www.montgomerygoffbullisattorneys.com. Apparently, the firm decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so as to not limit his future victim pool.
