Former Judge David Wasilenko of Yuba County, CA; ethical leper-con  The California Supreme Court presented David Wasilenko with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the McGeorge School at the University of the Pacific.
During his tenure on the bench, the Judicial Commission charged Dave with the misconduct set forth below.
Dave was charged with continuing to offer special treatment for friends and relatives even after he had previously received a private admonishment for the same type of misconduct (secret discipline) from the Commission on Judicial Performance (CJP).
The commission filed 10 charges against Dave, alleging he handled traffic cases in chambers for friends and relatives, giving the impression of favoritism and special treatment. Oh really? What made you come to that conclusion?

Kris Kraus met in chambers with Dave about a traffic ticket she received. They were former neighbors. Based on the relationship, Dave dismissed the ticket.
Dave’s disingenuous lawyer
Dave’s so-called lawyer, James Murphy, said he had a reputation for being fair, ethical and compassionate. Ethical . . . give me a break Jimmy Boy! Murphy failed to add that Dave’s sense of ethics, fairness and compassion was mostly dispensed on behalf of friends and relatives.
As Davey would say, “a friend in Needy is a friend Indeedy.”
When it was obvious to Dave that the Supreme Court was going to remove him from the bench, he did what any coward would do, he resigned
