Attorney Kevan Migneault of Saskatchewan, CAN; ethical troll
The Law Society of Saskatchewan presented Kevan M. Migneault with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Saskatchewan School of Law.
The Law Society of Saskatchewan Disciplinary Committee found Kevan guilty of the following misconduct.

Engaged in conduct unbecoming an officer of the court (Pray tell!)

Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

Negligently facilitated the commission of a fraud or frauds by a client

Did, through willful blindness or recklessness, facilitate the commission of a fraud, or frauds, by his client

Did knowingly facilitate the commission of a fraud, or frauds, by his client

Did allow himself to become the dupe of an unscrupulous client

Did enable client to achieve an improper purpose by using his law firm and status as a lawyer to legitimize fraudulent activities

Failed to maintain proper books and records for his legal practice

Withdrew funds from trust in payment of fees and disbursements in manner not authorized by Law Society

Did, in relation to client matter, use trust funds held on behalf of the client for a purpose other than which the client intended; namely, a personal loan in the amount of $61,217.50 made by Kevin to a third party

Did enter into or continue a debtor/creditor relationship with several clients (loaning money) when his interests and the interests of those clients were in conflict

Mislead the Law Society of Saskatchewan by filing annual practice declarations stating that he had not loaned money to clients in those years when he knew that to be false (Up yours, said Kevin!)

Did, through willful blindness or recklessness, involve himself in the investment offerings of his client and his affiliated corporations, to the general public when the client and his affiliated corporations were the subject of a Cease Trade Order

Charged interest rates of 21% and 27% on loans he made to his clients
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Upper Law Society Committee punished Kevan by gifting him a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. April 2019), Kevan practices with Migneault Greenwood at 1391 101st Street in North Battleford, Saskatchewan, Canada.
