• Neglected client’s criminal appeal
• Failed to respond to Clerk of Court inquiries
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Billy!)

• Failed to respond to numerous inquiries from Clerk of Court
• Failed to register with the Office of Court Administration

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Standards Committee punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. May 2019), Billy is employed by the New York State Supreme Court Queens County at 8811 Sutphin Blvd in Jamaica, New York.
