Attorney Elyse Diller of Briarcliff Manor, NY; ethical troll

The state of New York presented Elyse Hope Diller with a law license in 1986 after she graduated from Touro University School of Law.

The Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Elyse guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
• Created or preserved false evidence

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Standards Committee punished Elyse by gifting her with a complimentary 3-year suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2019), Elyse practices at 2 Ryder Road in Briarcliff Manor, New York.
