Attorney William Sedor of Rochester, NY; slacker, serial offender

The state of New York presented Kevin R. Wolf with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the Syracuse University School of Law.

The Departmental Disciplinary Committee of the Seventh Judicial District found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Bringing or defending a proceeding or asserting or controverting an issue therein, without a basis in law and fact for doing so that is not frivolous
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Blamed his former paralegal and clients for his own misconduct
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to express any remorse for his misconduct
• Offered excused for his misconduct that lacked credibility
• Exhibited a lack of candor during disciplinary proceedings (Up yours, said Billy!)

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Billy’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) complimentary suspensions of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Committee punished Kevin by gifting him with a  complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license effective January 22, 2019.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Billy will resume his practice of law in January 2021 at 31 East Main Street in Rochester, New York.
