Attorney Jakrun Sodhi of Modesto, CA; ethical gnome

The state of California provided Jakrun S. Sodhi with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law. 

The California State Bar Court found Jakrun guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in multiple acts of misconduct
• Failed to serve client lawsuit on the defendants
• Failed to appear at three court proceedings on client’s behalf  
• Intentionally, recklessly, and repeatedly failed to perform legal services with competence [idiot]
• Failed to keep his client reasonably informed of significant developments in a matter in which Respondent agreed to provide legal services
• Constructively terminated client employment
• Failed to take appropriate steps to avoid reasonably foreseeable prejudice to his client upon termination 

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Jakrun by gifting him with a complimentary 3-day suspension of his law license
