Judge Pablo Francisco of Philippines; check bouncing deadbeat

The Philippine Supreme Court provided Pablo B. Francisco with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from the University of the Philippines School of Law.

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines found Pablo guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Issued Direct Contempt Order without legal basis
  • Engaged in grave abuse of authority

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Republic of the Philippines Supreme Court punished Pablo by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Pablo continues to sit as a judge in Cainta, Rizal, Philippines.
