Attorney Richard Walsh of Manchester, NH; slacker, repeat offender

The state of New Hampshire presented Richard J. Walsh with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from Case Western University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
  • Failed to notify clients of court order
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Negligence led to clients loss of right to appeal
  • Failed to respond to repeated client calls
  • Misconduct caused his clients to suffer needless anxiety and stress, and to lose faith in the legal system

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Dick’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Dick by gifting him with complimentary warning for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Dick practices at 222 Coolidge Avenue in Manchester, New Hampshire.
