Attorney Adedipe Debayo of Jamaica; moronic loser

The Jamaica Licensing Commission provided Adedipe Debayo with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of West Indies School of Law.

The Disciplinary Committee of the General Legal Counsel found Adedipe guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in professional misconduct
  • Failed to take any step to identify the lands that were to be sold, hence his preparation of an agreement that left uncertain the description of the property to be sold
  • Failed to retain from the payments made to him the necessary sums required to pay stamp duty and transfer tax on the agreement
  • Failed to retain other sums necessary to cover the cost of the transaction and in particular a sum to cover the cost of making the application for subdivision approval
  • Displayed absolutely no competence [moron] in the handling and advising on the transaction which he undertook to conduct
  • Negligence amounts to complete ineptitude which is simply inexcusable and deplorable

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Committee punished Adedipe by ordering that he pay his client (victim) $1.9 million ($26,980 US) and costs of $200,000.00 ($2,840.00 US).

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Adedipe practices at 3 ½ Caledonia Road in Mandeville, Jamaica.
