Attorney Gary Spitzer of Los Angles; serial drunken convict

The state of California provided Gary Steven Spitzer with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Loyola University School of Law in Los Angeles.

The California State Bar Court found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.

• Found guilty by jury of driving under influence of alcohol/drugs, third offense
• Sentenced to 210 days in LA County jail and 60 months of probation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary reproval.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Gary practices with Freedman & Tatelman at 1901 Avenue of The Stars in Los Angeles, California.
