Attorney Eric Chase of Bakersfield, CA; idiotic loser

The state of California provided Eric Alan Chase with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Boston University School of Law.

The California State Bar Court found Eric guilty of the following misconduct.

• Intentionally, recklessly or repeatedly failed to perform legal services competently (idiot)
• Willfully failed to promptly refund fee paid in advance that had not been fully earned
• Refused for several months to refund $5,000 paid as advanced costs
• Violated the rules by delaying to agree to refund entire $30,000 fee for five months

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary reproval and assessed him costs of $5,511.00.
