Attorney Bradley Bayan of Redwood City, CA; serial convict, bullying loser

The state of California provided Bradley Dean Bayan with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the University of La Verne School of Law.

The California State Bar Court found Brad guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in improper ex parte (one-sided) communication with represented party
• Convicted of two counts of making a harassing telephone call
• Convicted of driving under the influence of drugs, second offense
• Left abusive and harassing telephone messages to his sister
• Left profane and harassing telephone message to a private investigator
• Contacted his stepmother in violation of a restraining order

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Brad by gifting him with a complimentary reproval.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Brad practices with the Law Offices of Bradley D. Bayan at 702 Marshall Street in Redwood City, California.
