Attorney Robert Kostyniuk of Ontario, CAN; ethical gremlin

The Law Society of Upper Canada presented Robert Nestor Kostyniuk with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from University of Ottawa School of Law.

The Law Society of Upper Canada Disciplinary Committee found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to immediately deposit client funds into a trust account
• Withdrew trust funds held on behalf of his clients as payment for his legal fees, prior to delivering an accounting
• Engaged in professional misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Upper Law Society Committee punished Bobby by gifting him a complimentary reprimand and assessed him with $7,000.00 in costs regarding the ethics investigation.  

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Bobby practices with Kostyniuk & Bruggeman at 1515 Matheson Blvd in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
