The state of Arizona presented John M. Rhude Jr. with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Suffolk University School of Law.

The Arizona State Bar found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Charged and/or collected a clearly excessive fee (crook)
  • Failed to appear for two court-scheduled hearings on client’s behalf
  • Failed to review court docket upon acceptance of representation
  • Failed to obtain written conflict waiver from husband
  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to safeguard client property
  • Failed to take necessary steps to protect client’s interest after being discharged
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed costs of the disciplinary proceeding in the amount of $1,200.00.

As we speak (ca. April 2019) Johnny practices in Scottsdale, Arizona.
