The state of California presented Gary P. Royle with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Tulane University School of Law.
The State Bar Court of found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.

Failed to appear at asylum hearing on client’s behalf

Intentionally, recklessly or repeatedly failed to perform legal services with competence [idiot]

Failed to file application for work permit on client’s behalf

Withdrew from employment without taking reasonable steps to avoid reasonably foreseeable prejudice to his client

Failed to respond to client inquiries about status of her case

Failed to promptly respond to client inquiries

Failed to file required supplemental documentation and pre-hearing statements in asylum matters

Failed to respond to the government’s submissions re: client asylum issues

Abandoned representation of several clients without refunding unearned fees (cheater)

Failed to properly withdraw representation involving six clients
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.
