Attorney Vincent Gaughan of Mount Holly, NJ; repeat offender

The state of New Jersey presented Vincent J. Gaughan with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Vinnie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Vinnie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonishment for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Vinnie by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. April 2018) Vinnie practices at 22 Washington Street in Mount Holly, New Jersey.
