Attorney Joseph Howard of Cherry Hill, NJ; slacker, loser

The state of New Jersey presented Joseph Peter Howard with a law license in 2010 after he graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law. 

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to take steps to protect client’s interests upon termination
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Joey!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. April 2018) Joey practices at 1920 Fairfax Avenue in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
