Judge Ralph Strother of Waco, TX; moronic loser

The state of Texas  presented Ralph T. Strother with a law license in 1982 after she graduated from Baylor University School of Law.

The State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Judge Strother guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to perform judicial duties without bias or prejudice
  • Exhibited bias when he appointed a detective from the Waco Police department whose agency investigated criminal cases in McLennan County as foreperson of a grand jury involving the case of Twin Peaks restaurant where nine bike gang members died in a melee

In defending his asinine appointment of a detective as foreperson in the Twin Peaks matter, the Associated Press quoted Judge Strother as making the following statement.

“Who is better qualified in criminal law than somebody who practices it all the time?”

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Judge Strother by gifting him with a complimentary public warning.

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Ralph continues to sit as a 19th District Court judge in Waco, Texas.
