Attorney Craig Mitnick of Haddonfield, NJ; ethical elf

The state of New Jersey presented Craig R. Mitnick with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from George Washington University School of Law. 

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Craig guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in negligent misappropriation [theft] of client funds
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Engaged in various recordkeeping violations

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Craig by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2018) Craig practices with the Mitnick Law Office LLC at 35 Kings Highway East in Haddonfield, New Jersey.
