Judge Ralph Strother of Waco, TX; misogynistic loser 

The state of Texas  presented Ralph T. Strother with a law license in 1982 after she graduated from Baylor University School of Law.

The State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Judge Strother guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Judge Strother presided over the sexual assault case of a former Baylor fraternity president Jacob Anderson. Anderson was indicted on four counts of sexual assault in connection with a rape allegation in early 2015 wherein the victim was left outside unconscious.

The victim reported that while at a fraternity party someone provided her with punch and had her drink it. Shortly thereafter, she became disoriented, and Mr. Anderson took her to a secluded part of the grounds behind a tent so she could get some air, the affidavit states. Once they were away from the crowd, he sexually assaulted her, according to her affidavit.

In an effort to cement his status as a Moronic Misogynist (M&M), Judge Strother accepted a plea deal wherein he sentenced Anderson to three years of deferred probation, which upon completion will cause his criminal conviction to be expunged.

Numerous residents and taxpayers in the greater Waco area were outraged at the sympathetic sentence of Anderson that Judge Strother so cheerfully handed down to someone that a grand jury indicted on four (4) counts of sexual assault that also contained a rape allegation.

Had Anderson’s case gone to trial he may well have been convicted of rape and if so could have faced a sentence of twenty-years in prison.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Ralph the Misogynist continues to sit as a 19^th District Court judge in Waco, Texas.
