Attorney Victor Rabbat of Totowa, NJ; repeat offender

The state of New Jersey presented Victor K. Rabbat with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Vic guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
  • Repeated negligent misappropriation [theft] of client funds

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Vic’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonishment for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Vic by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2018) Vic practices at 409 Minnisink Road in Totowa, New Jersey.
