Attorney John Rihacek of Howell, NJ; cheating loser

The state of New Jersey presented John T. Rihacek with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Charged and/or collected an unreasonable fee (cheater)
  • Improperly calculated contingent fee
  • Failed to provide client with accurate settlement information on conclusion of a contingent fee matter
  • Negligently misappropriated [stole] client trust funds
  • Engaged in numerous recordkeeping violations

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2018) Johnny practices with Pavliv & Rihacek in Howell, New Jersey.
