Attorney Michael Reynolds of Phoenix; ethical troll
The state of Arizona presented Michael T. Reynolds with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Washington & Lee University School of Law.
The Arizona State Bar found Mikey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.
-
Failed to perform any of the agreed upon legal services on behalf of clients
-
Failed to respond to the State Bar’s requests for information (Screw you, said Mikey!)
-
Failed to timely file documents in corporate bankruptcy case on client’s behalf
-
Failed to reasonably communicate or meet with his client
-
Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
-
Failed to take any actions to assist his client in purchasing certain company equipment
-
Failed to properly terminate the client representation
-
Failed to inform client that the bank was pursuing collection efforts
-
Failed to respond to a dispositive motion for summary judgment
-
Misconduct involved multiple offenses
-
Failed to file an objection to the request for attorney’s fees from opposing counsel, resulting in an attorney’s fee award of $8,800.07 against the client
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. March 2019) Mikey practices with the Reynolds Legal Group PLLC at 125 East Coronado Road in Phoenix, Arizona.
