Attorney Allen Torres of Charlotte, NC; lying loser

The state of North Carolina provided Allen Torres with a law license in 20098 after he graduated from the Charlotte School of Law.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Allen guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made false representation in response to request to produce documents
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Allen by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2019) Allen practices at 4728 Park Road in Charlotte, North Carolina.
