Attorney John Mansfield of Raleigh, NC; repeat offender

The state of North Carolina presented John D. Mansfield with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from North Carolina Central University School of Law.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Failed to safeguard client funds

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Johnny’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Johnny practices with Polanco Law at 2840 Plaza Place in Raleigh, North Carolina.
