Judge Adolph Canales of Dallas; scofflaw, ethical gremlin

In 2008 the Watchdog filed ethics complaint against Judge Adolph Canales due to his serial violations of the Texas Ethics Laws.

Over the span of several years, Judge Adolph Canales engaged in the serial violations of Texas criminal statutes in unlawfully expending campaign funds for his own personal use.

On March 5, 2009, the Texas Ethics Commission found Judge Adolph Canales guilty of the following violations of Texas criminal statutes:
  • $1,390 = amount unlawfully spent for meals and bar costs (aka, booze) provided to family members and friends
  • $1,190 = amount unlawfully spent for food, gasoline, gratuities and miscellaneous expenses which Judge Adolph Canales paid to himself from campaign funds
  • $247 = subscription costs for the Wall Street Journal for Judge Adolph Canales’ personal use
In his defense, Judge Adolph Canales had the chutzpah to assert his reading of the Wall Street Journal specifically related to his judicial duties. Not only is Judge Adolph Can ales a crook, he’s also one big time Dumbass, right?

Judge Adolph Canales was sanctioned by the Texas Ethics Commission in the amount of $3,500 due to his unlawful conduct.

To think that this ethically impotent individual was allowed to determine the credibility of the good citizens of Dallas County is quite disturbing to say the least. Of course to be fair to Judge Adolph Canales he isn’t the only crook and/or ethically denuded judge sitting on the bench in the great state of Texas. Trust me folks, Judge Adolph Canales has many, many like-minded buffoons dispensing injustice on a daily basis in Texas. The stories of those fools will be addressed in future stores. As they say, stay tuned.

Amongst my friends and acquaintances in Texas, they’d refer to Judge Adolph Canales as a no-good Som-Bitch. However, as a practicing Catholic I refrain from such name calling although I am in total agreement with the terminology.
