The state of Virginia presented Sandra Marin Rohrstaff with a law license in 1990 after she graduated from Catholic University School of Law.

How is it possible for a convicted thief and fraudster to be a person of good moral character?

Apparently, Sandy is of the opinion that Mr. Helm had a constitutional right to earn a dishonest living practicing law.
